Non Faulty Goods

If you decide to return your goods to us we do reserve the right to charge you the courier service charge for the collection. Refunds can only be made by the same method used for purchase.

If for any reason you need to cancel an order within 7 working days of receiving delivery, please call The Bass Bin customer order line (0121 773 6907) and advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product and the reason for return. We will then organize for the goods to be collected by our courier usually within 5-7 days. There will be an additional charge for this service.

Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If product(s) are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty Goods

Not with standing our Delivery condition above If, after the goods have been fitted, you find a fault; we reserve the right to request the following steps are complied with:

  1.       i.         you provide written notice of the defect to the Company and/or telephone the Company quoting your invoice reference number within 7 days of discovering the defect or ought to have discovered the defect
  2.      ii.         if at any stage you can not get hold of us please call the manufactures direct technical helpline for further assistances

Upon confirmation from the engineer that there is fault, and the goods do not conform to the contract, the Company shall at its option repair or replace such goods (or the defective part) or refund the price of such goods, whichever is considered to be economically viable to the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for the goods if you continue to use the goods after giving such notice to the Company; or alter or repair the goods without the written consent of the Company.
