Maestro is a revolutionary and complete product that, in few easy operations, allows you to connect, to aftermarket and to OEM car radios.
Three different and selectable devices such as: Apple iPod player/iPhone, Apple iPad (no charging) and auxiliary audio input can be connected through this interface.
Maestro is compatible with any iPod player from 4?th generation onwards.
Maestro allows the the Aux in to connect audio sources like: MP3 player, DVD player and portable navigation systems.
Devices functions can be directly controlled by a remote control [included in the kit] or by steering wheel commands. Both on resistive and CAN bus cars are supported.
This is a exclusive characteristic for a universal product. Maestro is able to transfer all iPod and menu data, to the radio display thanks to RDS protocol.
In this way, source name, folder name and song title can be directly read on the Radio display. Each source can be managed by the car original steering wheel commands.
Interface’s menu, if selected, can be visualized on the radio display and at the same time can be heard from
the speakers through a speech synthesis.
Maestro has an audio quality comparable to CD quality thanks to innovative audio design.

Aux-In Playing Options
– Player mode: the interface recognizes jack audio input and if the signal have been off-mode for more than 20 seconds, Maestro has a self switch-off.
– Navigation mode: if connected to a portable navigation system the interface detects and transmits the audio only when the navigation system gives an information. Maestro is able to activate the Navigation mode and to play at the same time the iPod or USB source.
