MediaDAB is a unique product – so what is the difference?

This product has USB upgradability – which provides the following “exclusive features”:

With the broadcast network for Digital Radio still developing – shortly we will have improved services that will incorporate Traffic Announcements and Service Following.

The MediaDAB is the only integrated product that can be easily upgraded by USB to incorporate these features.

The plug & play installation allows MediaDAB to be removed from a vehicle – and transferred to another. This may require a different adaptor harness however the unique universal design of MediaDAB allows the interface to be effectively “future proof” and applied to any vehicle. The USB can be used to update the software if required and ensure future car compatibility.

MediaDAB Intergrated Digital Receiver with Remote & Internal Antenna.

This is a solution for all vehicles, The radio in the vehicle must be RDS Ready whether it is Original or Aftermarket.

There are no dashboard mounted displays and the interface connects to your existing car radio behind the dashboard.

o USB input for upgrade.
o High quality audio reproduction via FM stereo modulation with 8 selectable frequencies.

APPLICATION NOTES

1. For “full plug & play installation” an additional harness is required and must be reqested.
2. We reccomend that a “Parrot Adaptor” is used with the universal power adaptor.
3. The application list for MediaDAB is very extensive and increasing every week. If you are not sure about the target vehicle please call Celsus for confirmation.
